We’re The Straygency.
Our mission is simple: reduce the free-roaming cat population humanely and sustainably through Trap–Neuter–Return. TNR is the most effective way to protect outdoor cats and prevent the endless cycle of litters, suffering, and euthanasia.

We work with local volunteers to identify colonies, humanely trap community cats, transport them to vetted clinics for spay/neuter, and return them safely to their territory—healthier and no longer contributing to overpopulation.

We proudly serve: Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, and surrounding Iowa communities.
